Workflow optimization of the foundry LFA1

This line, composed of a WHEELABRATOR CT6 shot blasting machine and a 50-metre vibrating unit around which are located different touch-up stations, makes it possible to check the finishing and packaging of all manufacturer parts without repairs.

The selected technology, a pass-through process on a rotating platform makes it possible to both optimise the shot blasting cycle and guarantee part quality.

This investment was also an opportunity to redevelop all the finishing stations, focusing on safety, comfort of use and working conditions.
